Below are the typical UPS shipping costs within the continental 48 contiguous US states (see exceptions below*).

Up to $9.99 cost to ship - $5.99*
$10.00 - $29.99 cost to ship - $8.00*
$30.00 - $99.99 cost to ship - $11.00*
$100.00+ cost to ship - $15.00*

*EXCLUDES LARGE HEAVY ITEMS including pool/billiard tables and other game tables. Break and Run Billiards reserves the right to exclude free shipping on these types of items. In these instances, shipping will be added to the price when adding items to the shopping cart, or shipping will be included in the price.

All orders received by 2 pm Eastern U.S. time will ship the same day, *orders placed after 2 pm Eastern U.S. time will ship the next business day (some exclusions apply based on product availability). Your billiard supplies and/or accessories will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. When multiple items are ordered and shipped to the same address, the shipping method may be determined by manufacturer.

 Our Customer Service department is available to answer any concerns you may have and alert you of anticipated shipping delays. Shipping times vary depending on where you live. If your billiard supplies are a gift for a special occasion, please contact us with your request for a more accurate time estimate to avoid disappointment. Some items are eligible for "Priority Processing" and/or Express Shipping for an additional cost.

UPS/FedEx Delivery Instructions:

Under certain circumstances, carriers will not leave package(s) unless they receive a signed note instructing them to do so. If you wish delivery in your absence, please be prepared to leave a visible signed note otherwise carrier may not assume responsibility for any losses incurred.

Accepting UPS/FedEx Furniture Delivery:

Consumers have a right to inspect package contents when receiving delivery from handler and refusing packages if product is damaged stating "damaged upon inspection". (Products are not shipped out from any of our craftsman with damaged, torn or excessively taped packaging.) If you receive your order in this poor condition, it was sustained in transit and not the fault of the shipper. If you are not home when your order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible & immediately notify carrier and breakandrunbilliards.com of any damages within three days of receipt plus keep all original packaging for carrier inspection and/or pickup, in order to receive a timely replacement. (Supporting photos by customer can substantially hasten processing time of damage claim.).

Back Orders
Back orders may occur on some items during heightened seasonal buying periods, therefore in the event any product is not reasonably available, we will contact you. Back Orders and, the occassional "out of stock" product may result in a difference in our listed Selling Price and the new Product Price once it becomes available.  We ask you to read, below, our "Out of Stock Products" stipulations.

Out of Stock Products:

We, The Total Gamester-Break and Run Billiiards, and our vendors, occassionally become out of stock therefore, it is possible that the product which you order may be unavailable.  Therefore, we can not be held liable for products which are out of stock and their replacement product's potentially higher costs and selling prices. Our team, at The Total Gamester-Break and Run Billiards and our vendors work very hard to control this situation however given the quantity and types of products which we sell, occassionally we and our vendors become out of stock and the replacement product's pricing may change; we endeavor to react to these product pricing changes as quickly as possible however, there are occassions where our listed pricing may be different than the new prices for those products which are needed to replenish our product (s) out of stock status.  We apologize for this situation however we cannot be held responsible to fullfill your order on products which due to out an of stock status and the replacement product (s) having a different price.

The Total Gamester - Break and Run Billiards Liability

The Total Gamester-Break and run billiards.com cannot be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential damage or bodily harm, resulting from possession, usage or loss of any of the products we sell, either directly or indirectly. The limit of our liability will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. (We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.)

By submitting an order to breakandrunbilliards.com for processing via online, by telephone, fax, postal mail or email, you agree to have read and accept all of our store policy and terms expressed within as stated on this website www.breakandrunbilliards.com and you authorize payment to your credit card for the amount of your order including any applicable sales tax and/or quoted shipping charges (if any) associated with product purchase.

Cancelled/Refused/Undeliverable Policy

 
On all shipments irrespective of whether shipping is free or not, breakandrunbilliards.com incurs shipping and handling costs. If your order shipment is Cancelled, Refused (excluding damage claim) or Undeliverable after shipping, we will only charge your account the outbound/turnaround shipping, handling and/or credit card processing fees when/if imposed upon breakandrunbilliards.com to recover our expenses. In addition, we also reserve the right to impose or waive a restocking fee upon the customer if imposed or waived upon break andrunbilliards.com or, The Total Gamester-Break and Run Billiards, by the manufacturer.

Return/Exchange Policy*

 
*NOTE: Break and Run Billiards reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee on any product that does not meet our Return/Exchange Policy requirements (described herein).

Break and Run Billiards is a factory authorized dealer for the product lines represented on our site. Our policy is to carry only the highest quality billiard supplies and pool accessories from reputable manufacturers and skilled craftsman who promise to stand behind their products. If there's ever a problem with any item you purchased from us, we will do what we can to satisfy you.

If it is an error on our part, i.e.: wrong size, color, item sent.  You must let us know within one week of the customer receiving that order.  We will issue a call tag and at no cost to you pick up that item and reissue the replacement.  We DO NOT issue the replacement until we get the item back at our warehouse.  The reason for that is we have had customers return empty boxes.

Customer remorse returns: If your you do not like a purchased item, YOU MUST COVER THE SHIPPING COST if you decide to return it. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item after receipt of the item. Return of any item must be done within 30 days after receipt of the item. The item must be in original package, and must be in new condition.

CUES CANNOT BE CHALKED!! if we receive a chalked cue, it will be returned to the customer. It is up to the customer to roll and inspect the cue BEFORE chalking it.

If an item breaks in shipping, we will take care of it. Just let us know!

Your Personal Information
Break and Run Billiards will not distribute, or disseminate your personal information for any reason except what is required to process and ship your order. If you have an account with us and wish to be removed from our system, please contact us and we will process your request. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will not distribute your email address. You will only receive newsletters from us by your newsletter signup.

Credit Cards
All usual terms and conditions apply to credit card usage. The breakandrunbilliards.com website, its owners, or its service providers are not liable for loss due to credit card theft.

If you are ordering online and paying by credit card, eCheck, or PayPal, your order will be sent to us over a secure SSL connection. All information on the online order form including your personal information is encrypted using SSL technology. For all non-PayPal orders when sending data via the online form, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the amount chosen. For all PayPal orders when sending data via the online form, you are authorizing PayPal to process your credit card according to their policies. By placing your order via the online order form, you are authorizing your credit card to be charged for the amount chosen.
